When I'm in a regular chair I do #1.

Me I am usually 3 or 4 and sometimes 7 when I’m sitting in a regular chair like in the picture and usually 8 if I’m sitting at a desk or table also like in the picture. But usually I’m sitting cross legged its my favourite position to sit in.
