Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney
The original trilogy has already been remastered in recent times so I'm holding out that they'll get to this game eventually!
The same could be said for the Miles Edgeworth spin-offs.
The Sims 2
It's generally accepted as the playerbase's favorite from the series, and it's mine as well. There's a lot I miss from it when I'm playing The Sims 4 nowadays. I would just love to see it remastered for modern machinery.
The Urbz: Sims in the City
Almost certainly to never happen because the licensing alone would be a huge hassle they probably don't want to deal with again—there's a lot of Black Eyed Peas stuff in it (lol), but they can't exactly go without it either as it ended up being tied pretty heavily to its concept, so... Anyway, it was a fun switch-up from the usual Sim routine and I have fond memories of this game.

Easily one of my favorite video games of all time. I have nothing but amazing memories of playing it as a kid on the PS2, and as an adult on PC.

OMG! I used to play that all the time on the Xbox! Before that, I had played The Simpsons: Road Rage on the GameCube. Man, talk about a blast from the past... I had forgotten about them. I would totally be on board for a remaster/remake, though!

I have forgot about The Urbz: Sims in the City. It would be fun if they made remake. But like you said it probably it will never happen.
I'm looking forward to Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic remake.
