I was confused too but I found this on reddit

Maho Yamaguchi, co-captain of Team G in NGT48, revealed recently that she was assaulted in December 2018 and the management is trying to cover it up. The girls were given a buzzer/alarm, but that's it, and the assaulters were let go scot-free. She hinted (and AKS confirmed) that a member leaked her personal information to her assaulters, which people have narrowed down to Ayaka Tano and Marina Nishigata. Noe Yamada is part of Tano and Nishigata's clique and also laughed when Tano made an indirect joke to Yamaguchi's sudden weight loss (she lost 4 kg in one week after being traumatized).

Also, Tokyo Sports later published rumors that a female manager who had tried to protect Yamaguchi was harassed by Yamaguchi's attackers and at one point had been tied up with duct tape. She was later fired due to the connections that the gang's ringleader had to the management. (Tokyo Sports deleted the articles recently, though.) Tano and Noe Yamada referenced her in a live stream. Noe Yamada said they wished she could stay with her while tying Tano up with duct tape.
