Like TS Entertainment and make Sonamoo big?
Why would they invest in a sinking company?

Nobody knows who owns TS entertainment now to begin with. The dead owner was unmarried, and it is not known who 'runs' the company now. Why buy a company whose ownership is unclear and has a long history of suing others for nothing?
You can't fix things with money. As much as I would love for my girls to be successful life isn't that simple.
For groups to rise from the ashes in Korea you need basically a miracle like EXID.
Also reading people talking about this it sounds a lot more like a personal decision out of friendship and loyalty coupled with a good business that both sides can benefit from rather than a major undertaking aimed at swallowing up the k-pop market. We have to see who and even if there is a 3rd company as it's being rumored right now.
