Nothing new Torches was released on the 14th and after that new tour title was announced the post hasn't been translated so i don't understand the last part i'm guessing if you buy the cd there is something in it that helps you apply early for tour tickets like idols with handshake ticket but thats just my guess i am not sure my japanese is not good
