All I did was go to sleep and by the time I woke up this morning there was more MHJ drama news so here we go.

I will try my best to summarize everything.

It seems yesterday some text message leaks between MHJ and the Ador (former?) deputy ceo who is being accused of workplace sexual harassment have bee leaked.
While it's not announced how the text messages got leaked, it seems to be heavily implied/assumed that the Ador deputy ceo probably leaked it in retaliation against MHJ.

As you all know, MHJ is currently in a lawsuit by the Ador employee who became a victim of workplace sexual harassment/SA ( I am still sort of unclear what happened or which of the 2 terms would be the proper term to call it).

With the lawsuit, Hybe promised they will be doing their own second investigation into the matter since MHJ failed to do a proper investigation in the first place.

Through the leaked text messages it was revealed that MHJ was coaching the deputy ceo on how to delay the second investigation. She told the deputy ceo to take all of his vacation and sick days to stall everything and prevent him from being investigated, and she instructed him to file a counter lawsuit against HYBE for workplace harassment.

I am a bit unclear if he is claiming workplace harassment because HYBE is accusing/investigating him for this sexual harassment claim, because of that audit of Ador they did last year, or a mix of both.

The harassment lawsuit was filed in September of last year and the Ministry of Employment and Labor (MOEL) did do an investigation into HYBE regarding the workplace harassment claims by the deputy ceo and they announced their conclusion in December that Hybe has done no wrongdoings and they are closing the case. MOEL also said the deputy ceo's claims were unsubstantial.

I also want to take a moment to shout out that in order to "keep both sides fair" Hybe is not personally doing the 2nd investigation into the workplace harassment case, a 3rd party organization has been hired to investigate the matter.

ChosunBiz, who are the ones who wrote this article, have reached out to MHJ and her PR agency for a statement and they have given no response.

Ador/Hybe also announced they were unaware of the text messages that got leaked.

(As previously mentioned, it is heavily assumed the deputy ceo probably leaked the messages in retaliation against MHJ because he followed her advice and it backfired on him. People are also wondering if maybe the deputy ceo is turning over the text messages because by throwing MHJ under the bus he can get a lighter sentence?)

MHJ is currently being attacked by Knetz online for delaying a bullying and sexual harassment investigation and Knetz are wishing that the victim can find justice.

I also didn't want to make a new post about this, so I am including some more NJ updates here at the end.

With the recent injunction Ador has filed some more news has been flying around such as:

- NJ might have moved out of their dorms. (I am currently not sure if Ador pays for the dorms, or if MHJ does since I have seen some Tokki's claim MHJ bought their dorm but i'm not sure about that?)

- If NJ did move out of their dorms, this can cause trouble for Hanni because your address needs to be accurate/up to date on your visa and if where she is living now does not match her visa she can get into trouble.

- Despite claiming they have left Ador and are finally finished with them, many eye witnesses have still seen NJ going in and out of the Ador/Hybe building to keep using the practice room and Ador's resources there. NJ is currently getting criticized by Knetz because if they are claiming they have left ador why are they still using Ador's staff and resources?​

- I think the guy is pissed off that he lost the lawsuit MHJ told him to start and wanted payback. If he could face legal trouble for this or could have to pay hybe’s legal fees cause he lost I can see him being pissed.

- This is just my tinfoil hat theory but I’m pretty sure NJ is doing this on purpose to taunt them. Since Ador is saying NJ is still under contract with them they can’t stop NJ from showing up to the company building and using their team and resources right now, if they do then NJ can claim neglect and use that as an excuse to leave. They are in a sticky situation where if they try to stop them it can backfire.

The only backfire for NJ is that I’m not sure if Ador can then turn around and claim NJ is still their employees because they are still showing up to use the staff and resources.

The address thing is likely not immutable. What if someone was forced to move or their house was to burn down? They would not toss them out. Very likely there is a grace period. Plus as you yourself previously said she is not even in Korea at the present and may not return.

Is there footage of them coming and going or merely unnamed "eyewitnesses" testifying not under oath? Again I would like to see verified proof. I would think dispatch or there ilk would leave someone there all week for a photo opportunity of this.

I found an article source for the dorm stuff!

The article elaborated more on the dorm and company building situation. The article confirm that the girls moved out of the dorms in December and said Ador went into the dorms with cameras to take pictures of the state of the dorm after they left (sort of like how you take pictures of your apartment after you leave incase insurance tries to fight with you that something's broken when it's not).

The article also mentioned NJ commuting to and from the Ador building by themselves after moving out of the dorms, though it didn't really specify how recently NJ has been seen at the Ador building.

Someone also leaked pictures of NJ's empty apartment and said the leak was from MHJ back in december? The photos got deleted but are still floating around twitter.

If it helps, of what I remember from Tokki's it was a 50/50 mix. Ador did try to provide them with stuff such as clothing/styling/transportation/etc, but I know NJ was denying to use some of it because "we're independent from you so we don't want to use your resources anymore". I remember in one event they did their own makeup, and I want to say they styled themselves in one event as well? But i'm not 100% There is also the fact that NJ has so many clothing sponsor that even if they didn't use Ador's stylist tons of brands are willing to sponsor and style them as well.

Legally Ador has to offer it because they claim they are still under contract, if they don't then NJ has grounds for claiming abuse/neglect from Ador, but that doesn't mean NJ is accepting their help either.

Anything a contracted company gave those girls without prior company approval is a breach of the contract and grounds for a lawsuit. Even if a company that has no contract with the company gave them clothes to wear they could be open to an interference lawsuit if ador/hybe believe that njs are still under contract.

My tinfoil hat theory (though I think a lot of people think this) is that Ador hasn't been saying/doing much about their "mess-ups" for now so they can ambush them with all of this in court later. (Also, in the case NJ is ruled as being free from Ador, then this might not be seen as breach of contract).

Considering ador/hybe only sued their own manager and apparently over breach of trust it seems less likely to be the case. Didn't sue any companies. Also no company is going to risk a lawsuit over something that they couldn't directly get publicity for.

The empty NJ dorm photos were not leaked by MHJ, a saesang broke into their empty apartment to take pictures to prove they didn’t live there anymore.

Thank GOD the girls were moved out of the dorm by then, this is genuinely terrifying.

Another update on the saesang:

The Saesang had a team bunnies icon, though they’re suspected to not actually be from team bunnies and are just using the icon to give them bad press. He’s an older man I believe in his 40’s? And has pretty much been fully doxxed at this point.

He also seems to have ties to someone in this whole case (one side is saying he’s from Hybe, the other side is saying he’s from MHJ’s side) but no confirmation on this yet.

Him having access to someone in one of the parties in this mess would make sense though because how else would he know where they lived and be able to get in? They lived in a fancy expensive apartment so I’m sure with security you wouldn’t be able to get through unless you knew someone.

Once again, thank goodness the girls are out of the dorm and safe. This is terrifying

Another mini update though I’m already very burnt out over this:

There is a lot of confusion on Twitter so I want to clarify:

- Ador going in with a body cam to inspect the dorm after they left and the dorm pictures leaked by the saesang are two separate situations.

- Ador went in with the body cam because they hold the lease on the apartment so they of course need to take pictures of it empty for security reasons.

- These pictures leaked online were taken by a saeasang, not Ador. Many people are thinking the pictures leaked by the saesang are Ador leaking NJ’s dorm pictures which is very much not the case.

(Thanks Pannchoa and that one Tokki account for doing everything in your power to spread misinformation )

- Shoutout to Knetz for doing more than the police have by fully finding out this guy’s info and already and doxxing him (I am very much not going to post the info here, though I am genuinely impressed by how Knetz found this guy’s info faster than the police can even start an investigation)

- the word on the street is that this guy has some sort of association with MHJ and this was leaked as media play to make Hybe/Ador look bad, but until there is more evidence or a police investigation is done to confirm this I’m taking this with a grain of salt.
