For OTP badge (Twice x Itzy), is the procedure same as other badges? final voting is completed voting thread
so for approval do i need to submit it differently to normal OTP badge? keepers or supporters?

It's like the usual OTP badges; whoever has the form has to submit them through the Approval Thread, just omitting the keepers and supporters part on the form.
I paid for the form but @B612 bought and hosted the voting thread and she asked me to submit it for approval. Should i do it or she only has to do it?

Hey there! The only thing we could suggest is to tag the keepers in that voting thread and warn them that the badges are in the system already; if you see that this situation keeps happening with certain users (as in they say that they'll become a keeper and then they don't request it over and over, please let us know and we'll look into it; meanwhile there's not much that we can do, sorry!

HYOJUNG: #1 to #4 we recommend to push her up a litt'e bit so that the chin doesn't touch the border of the badge that much
MIMI: #1 needs to be centered better and the shadow on the left is too strong, it will look messy when resized down
YOOA: #1 is too pink, #2 is kinda orangeish
