it's subbed in english by bbc on their youtube channel. there are a lot of episode so it can take a little bit to watch it, but at the same time each episode is like a minute or less so you can get through them fairly quickly
it'll take you on the journey of predebut to present so its a great way to get to know the members



as far as listening in order, you don't have to but if you wanted to listen in release order it goes like this
