Honestly i don't think many of them could if they wanted to. Besides Chuu and potentially Heejin, the others don't exactly stand alone.

Thinking about this, it won't be easy indeed. We've seen former idols struggling trying to get acting role, or anything. They more or less disappeared since it's so saturated.

Not all Orbits will follow, some will support only few members, or even one, some will try to support everyone and others will move on from K-pop unless they move to another group.

Nothing to worry with Chuu, she'll be okay. Heejin and Yves can maybe get some job times to times but it won't be easy. Others might appear on a random show once, in a feature for a song or a MV, etc. maybe some of them will release digital songs but without any promotion.
