We really should start a petition for Jinsoul hair. I don't think it's too dramatic to ask for black hair when she has said COUNTLESS times it hurts her.

Like Jin said above, even if her hair color is importat to the Loonaverse, I don’t think anyone would care if she was allowed to change it while they’re no promoting.
They’ve been preparing for six months, that would be enough time for her scalp to rest and recuperate, then they can dye it again when the time comes.

I think there were fanaccounts where she said her scalp hurts and that she'd like to try black(or any darker color) but bbc won't allow it cause it doesn't suit the concept.

It's been so long we are used to her blonde hair. So a black haired Jinsoul will be a big change but her scalp will hurt less.
Then we can go slowly. Instead of that whiteish blonde she can go back to the OEC "dirty" blonde, then more like a light brown and transition to dark brown and black. The point is to let her hair rest. I'm sure even a darker color, even if blonde would hurt less cause it requires less dying
