If this doesn’t get to be our OEC badge, I’m gonna cry.

I have a suggestion though, maybe make the colors go around completely?

Have I mentioned how hard LOONA's logos are to work with? Especially in a 100x100 space?
I kept these very simple but I think they still work...and yes, the OEC one is inspired by the OH badge but not quite the same obviously. Personally...I don't care if the H+ badges are too similar when they already worked so well. But that's just my #onion.
