Nothing surprising, Yujin as the leader since she's the oldest and have a lot of experience

Mashiro as co-leader, as the 3rd oldest, fluent in Korean and she got leader skills

Yeah Yujin leader was the most expected pick. Not only is she the oldest she has a lot of experience promoting and being an idol in general and that should help the girls prepared for recording, music show performances, variety shows etc. Mashiro as vice-leader also makes sense. She showed good leadership during GP999 and she can help Hikaru with stuff she doesn't understand in Korean yet. Hopefully the language barrier for Xiaoting can be diminished and mitigated fast with her learning Korean and Mashiro apparently learning Mandarin.
