Sounds like a copy from a proper quality source as well ..leaked somehow? shouldn't be out until Jan.8 as far as i know.
Edit: source reddit/r/kpop apparently "Eternally was released today on various music services as a promotional single from their upcoming JP album of the same title. OH MY GIRL JAPAN 3rd ALBUM 'Eternally' comes out on January 8, 2020."
Great song but sounds a little low budget/not the best producer who made this something, i guess in a way it's a typical 'Japanese music' release as it's slots right in there with Touch My Heart and Dakishimeru(my favorite so far of the Japanese releases) in having that low budget sound.
