I've gotten a bajillion Sebek and no Epel yet. I ran out at 90 pulls. Vil's free 10-pull with the launch of his birthday banner should be able to get me Epel, though. I'm a little sad. I wanted to try and get both Epel and Vil if I could, but at this point, I have more SSR Vil than I do SSR Epel, so... Maybe with enough grinding I can get some gems and keys. I have to do some grinding anyway for the event.​
