Welt came home early at around 50 pulls! So now I have Welt E1, but that's okay because not only is E1 really good, but I was also then ahead in tickets and I was able to pull Blade~ 
I will now save the rest of my tickets indefinitely. Maybe I'll go for Jingliu? I need to progress in the story to get Blade's preferred Relic Set since it is new, as well as some of his Ascension Materials. How exciting! Feels good to have new content to look forward to again.
