Also some people think Youngjae has a back tattoo when it's clearly tape, tho some at least think the tape is covering a tattoo and is not a tattoo itself still pretty sure it's only tape

Are tattoos still taboo in KR? A lot of idols are getting them though why is it such a big deal to cover them up. I remember Hyolyn during a Sistar comeback desperately covering her arm and abdominal tattoo with...paper tape? Yikes.

If it's on TV then yes, they are still strict but in concert, I guess they don't hide it anymore.
