On January 29 at 12 PM, YG Entertainment uploaded a poster which read, ‘Going Crazy’ PERFORMANCE FILM COMING SOON, through their official blog and TREASURE’s official social media account.
TREASURE’s fresh charms in a harmonious mood while wearing blue and navy toned outfits grabbed the viewers’ attention in an instant. In addition, the title of the song ‘Going Crazy’ was written on top of their group photo.
‘Going Crazy’, the song that has a special meaning for both the members of TREASURE and Treasure Makers has finally met its rightful owner and will be presented as a performance by all 12 members of TREASURE. It will be a small gift for not only the members of TREASURE, but also for the fans who are supporting the group.
Global fans from all over the world could not hide their excitements at the news. The members practicing the choreography for ‘Going Crazy’ was previously shown through the reality program ‘TREASURE MAP’, which became a hot topic among the fans.

[뉴스엔=김명미 기자] YG’s rookie group TREASURE revealed their first-ever full member performance. Their performance showed TREASURE’s improved capabilities and charms since the team selection.
On January 30 at 12 PM, YG Entertainment uploaded the performance film of ‘Going Crazy’ through their official blog and TREASURE’s social media channel.
‘Going Crazy’ is the signal song of ‘YG TREASURE BOX’, which shared the birth progress of TREASURE members throughout the entire competition. The song has a special meaning for both TREAUSRE and the Treasure Makers.
In the video, the 12 members of TREASURE grabbed the viewers’ attention with their alignment and performance structure in a shape of a jewel. They embodied the logo of TREASURE, which was unique and full of senses.
The choreography was differentiated with the previously known dance for ‘Going Crazy’. They presented an upgraded version which was modified up to 90%.
The members’ ‘sharp group dance’ without a gap stood out. Their point moves of swinging their hands based on their footwork and turning heads based on the rhythm made the viewers get absorbed to the video.
The members also presented their unique characters. CHOI HYUN SUK, YOSHI, and HARUTO collaborated on the rap part, while JIHOON, JUNKYU, MASHIHO, YOON JAE HYUK, ASAHI, BANG YE DAM, DOYOUNG, PARK JEONG WOO, and SO JUNG HWAN also grabbed the viewers’ attention with their unique moves.
As the members dancing on each part were zoomed in, immersion levels of each member’s performance increased. Furthermore, colorful lights surrounded the members to express TREASURE’s diverse colors.

There's another video that is very aesthetically appealing but I opted for this one. The other video uses the performance film in full screen. Not to say this video is not aesthetically appealing. It's also pretty.
Many new fans are opting for the other video though, because it helps them learn the members names, faces, and vocal tone.

The majority of fans seem to be happy with the line distribution (I'm satisfied with it). There is a minority complaining about one person getting over 20% of the lines. I'm not sure the song would musically be improved if the vocal line distribution was more even (the rap line distribution was fantastic). Having 1-2 vocalists dominate a song makes it sonically more cohesive. Music quality matters the most-not fans crying over their favorites not getting enough lines.
If Yoonbin had stayed, the rap line distribution would probably still be even but they each would have less lines than Mashiho.

No Yoshi, Hyunsuk, Asahi, or Doyoung but I'm OK. That's just the way things are. My favorite sequences were:
- When they stepped off of Jongno 3-ga and the camera's setting didn't adjust, Junkyu said "Maybe it's our radiant looks."
- Mashiho showing off his metro card to the camera. So cute.
- Junghwan and Mashiho enjoying fish cake without Yedam and Jeongwoo. Idk why I thought that was funny. I love fish cake btw.

YG’s Rookie Group TREASURE Introduces Attractions of Seoul Through Subway for the Japanese Members

On January 31 at 12 PM, YG Entertainment uploaded the third episode of ‘TREASURE MAP’ through their official blog and TREASURE’s official YouTube channel.
The third episode of ‘TREASURE MAP’ showed the members divide into two teams of HARUTO, JIHOON, YOON JAE HYUK, and JUNKYU(Team HARUTO) and MASHIHO, BANG YE DAM, PARK JEONG WOO, and SO JUNG HWAN(Team MASHIHO) to go on a Seoul tour utilizing their budget of 100 thousand won.
Team HARUTO headed to Ikseon-dong, currently known as the hot place of Seoul. After arriving in Jongro 3-ga through subway, the members showed excitement from the entrance of Ikseon-dong due to its mixture of old-fashioned buildings and modern taste and stated, “I like the retro vibes”.
While walking through the streets, team HARUTO got attracted to delicious looking cakes and went into the store. They were surprised by the unexpectedly high price but ordered a cake and finished it in a minute. Team HARUTO presented a sweet cake ‘mukbang’ while stating “It’s so soft” and “wow” in awe.
The members then looked up their fortune of 2020. The members read their fortunes out loud, hoping for a new year full of happy moments. Later, JIHOON-YOON JAE HYUK and HARUTO-JUNKYU challenged on archery, ate kalguksu, and cheered while stating, “Let’s go eat Bungeoppang” and ended their happy outing in Jongro.
Team MASHIHO’s first angle was Dongdaemun. BANG YE DAM acted as a passionate guide for MASHIHO who has visited Dongdaemun for the first time and explained, “The inside was a castle, entirely. Seoul has Dongdaemun, Seodaemun, and Namdaemun”.
After visiting the Dongdaemun Shopping Tower, the members visited the N Seoul Tower. Before climbing up Namsan, team MASHIHO began a word chain game of food while eating dinner. PARK JEONG WOO got stuck and had to watch the members taste pork cutlet for minutes.
Since their budget was limited, they divided into ‘walking’ and ‘cable car’ teams. Thanks to BANG YE DAM and PARK JEONG WOO’s consideration, MASHIHO and SO JUNG HWAN were able to take the cable car to climb Namsan. BANG YE DAM and PARK JEONG WOO showed their positive attitudes by stating, “We should compensate for what we ate” and started walking despite the cold weather.
After meeting in Namsan with the beautiful night view of Seoul, the four members had time to make wishes on wish locks. BANG YE DAM stated, “We should all write something, I wrote health”, while PARK JEONG WOO hoped for “Victory after victory”. SO JUNG HWAN revealed his aspirations by hoping, “Let’s go to Billboard”.
Team MASHIHO placed their locks on a visible spot and made their wishes. BANG YE DAM stated, “We’re on the beginning stage, so please keep your eyes on us”. He then waved his hand while sharing parting words, “Now let’s go practice!” for the next episode.

I listened to Going Crazy multiple ties (each TB version) since the show began and yet I'm still not sick of it. I hope the audio version is released either with the album or as a pre-release.
