As an art educator and enthusiast myself, there is a wonderful level of beauty in an artist such as Hyunjin taking his favorite boy Felix to see his favorite painting. It's like he wants his love to see something else he loves He wants to show the most beautiful physical painting (Felix) a 2D representation of how he views Felix, as the most beautiful piece of art.

I wonder if Felix even recognized the depth of this action, in how Hyunjin was using his passion for the arts to tell Felix that he considers him to be the greatest artwork in the museum. The whole thing is so painterly and romantic! It reminds me of how Felix likes to make Hyunjin laugh in their special spot while Hyunjin is blissfully unaware

I love how Hyunjin is able to use his passion for art and painting in order to share a special moment with Felix that is unique to only them. I hope Hyunjin can continue to use his artistic enthusiasm as a show of his adoration to Felix

Actually no, that was the 2nd bestest of anniversaries. This is the bestest of anniversaries. While I love Felix pouring out his heart to Hyunjin and expressing his love to him in sign language, as an art connoisseur I cannot neglect the beauty of Hyunjin using his passion for art in order to metaphorically paint a picture of his love to Felix. Taking Felix to see his favorite painting in order to show him that he views him as the greatest work of art is truly an act of love which can't be surpassed Hyunjin is such a master artist at being able to perfect the combination of utensil and canvas, but also to use his passion for art in order to express his fondest emotions to the one most precious to him

OK, SO the thing I wanted to yap about was basically likeeeeeee......WHAT WAS GOING ON IN THE HONG KONG AIR????

Because it's been a week, we've had time to marinate on it, and it STILL felt like Hyunlix were Hyunlixing from the second they stepped ON the plane to go to Hong Kong, till they stepped OFF the plane back at ICN. It was basically just four straight days of couple behavior. But the concerts especially felt soooooooooo different than how Hyunlix have acted at any concert up until now And IDK, I kinda wanna talk about it~

And I am already awares this is gonna be one of those things where I yap for half a page and my conclusion is no closer to answering this question than when I began but let's just try to throw some ideas at the wall and see what sticks.

So we must acknowledge that this all started with Airport Hyunlix doing what they always do which is be stapled together, but we actually surprisingly got a Hyunlix Heart right at the start of the year.

Now I know this isn't necessarily Hyunlix-related but I feel like I kinda have to mention it JUST IN CASE But right after doing he Hyunlix heart, Felix likely took these photos. The Instagram post was made a day later, IIRC. But, I mean, he's clearly on the plane here

And I can't see the music on posts, maybe it's a mobile only thing, but people pointed out that Felix put in the Ariana Grande song "The Boy is Mine" which is probably because his Batman hoodie looks like her outfit in the MV

But I MEAAAAANNNNN, it's still a song about being horny over a man and unless Felix is the man and he wants us to be horny about him, I just can't help by raise my eyebrows at the timing of this Hyunjin also just happened to post a day later and it's pretty rare to see them both post on Instagram so close together.

But like I said, of all the things, this one is probably like the least telling as it is, it's just interesting that maybe that song choice was indicative of something.

And I wouldn't blame anyone for thinking that just because of HOW insane BOTH Hong Kong days were for Hyunlix. I mean, we were looking at D-1 wondering WTF was going on only for D-2 to come in like an ACTUAL wrecking ball

Like let me just say upfront, Hyunlix play around and have moments a lot at every concert, this in and of itself is not new. But Hong Kong just felt so different I GUESS???? Like very, very boyfriends in a way that most past concerts haven't felt.

Or I mean like, we'll get like a boyfriend moment or two for most concerts, but it felt like EVERY moment was a boyfriend moment for two days in a row, that's what I'm trying to figure out. WHAT WAS THAT ALL ABOUT???

Which??? OK???? I mean Hayunjin is usually the first person in line trying to get Felix to cover himself or implying he's showing too much skin. He's not usually the one feeling all up on him. And then Felix is doing this little cute bickering about Hyunjin feeling up his arms in broad daylight and Hyunjin starts pouting about it. Like they're just kinda FLIRTING OFF RIP?????

It's just really funny how suddenly Hyunjin seems like he's okay with Felix showing his arms as long as he's the one touching them. One could suggest this was all 5D Chess to try to get Felix to put his jacket on faster, which does not make the situation any better, BTW He's still being very possessive boyfie regardless of which of these is the correct answer.

OK the next sorta UNHINGED thing that happened was during ITEM



I don't even know where to START here. First of all, Hyunjin is just watching Pirichan from a short distance away like he's about ready to go shoot his shot with him and then actually does go to shoot his shot



And bros are basically about one step away from grinding on each other. Hayunjin is gripping onto that mic for dear life to the point that he misses his verse completely He doesn't acknowledge it, it doesn't start rapping and then stop. He doesn't forget his lyrics. He doesn't make any indication that he knew he had a part coming up in the first place. Bro is THAT distracted by flirting with Felix.

And Felix is NOT ANY BETTER, he started throwing that ass in a circle once he noticed Hayunjin pulled up, like these two were full on making the most out of this moment. IDK whether Felix noticed Hyunjin missed his part or not. The fact that neither of them gave a single shit about how Hyunjin just missed his verse completely is SO WILD.

It's still like the second most nuclear thing to happen across the two days. I cannot think of another time Hyunjin got so distracted he forgot to do his part. But even if that happened, okay, WAS THE REASON YOU MISSED YOUR PART BECAUSE YOU WERE FLIRTING??????????? It's like shaving his head made him bold AF like they were both so serious about this whole thing

I will briefly mention Felix patting Hyunjin's Kiwi because it's the first time we saw him do this (I know they said he did during pre-recording at Gayo Dajaejeon, but we obviously didn't see that footage ) BECAUSE, he's clearly down SO bad. I mean Felix's eyes just LIGHT UP like this is the thing he's been waiting the whole entire day for



He had Hyunjin so shy he walked off. So just another case of Felix simping on main. We go from him being a Sweat Collecting Demon to just being an unapologetic Kiwi Simp.

Hayunjin is just cutely throwing water on STAY and Felix acts like this is the hottest thing he's ever seen in his life, WHAT IS GOING ON????????????? What is with the lip bite??? What is he smirking like that for??? What's actually happening????

Another brief mention, Hyunjin pouring water on Felix~ I mean, after everything else that happened so far, this just feels like flirting to free at this point.



Just feel like throwing water on my boyfie type beat. But what's even stranger is the fact that Hyunjin literally trips and falls immediately after this. It's like mans is not paying attention to AN-Y-THING today. I simply do not understand what's gotten into either of them at this point.

Like with previously, it just feels like a final piece of flirting, some last minute boyfriending to end off the day because I mean Hyunjin could have just cheek hearted himself. Also, both before and after the concert they're next to each other?

IDK if we understand how uncommon it is for that to be the case but it was just a CRAZY way to end off an already crazy day. It felt like you deadass could not get them to stop flirting every time they were near each other Not just having a cute moment here and there, it felt like there was legit like some sexual tension throughout the day and IDK if that's the case or naaaaaah~ But for the first and final concert photos to both have side-by-side Hyunlix was really just crazy to me

So D-2 continued this "BEHAVIOR" during Social Path



Hayunjin is just walking around like he KNOW he wanna put his arm around Felix and he's just waffling around when to actually do it Which is SO SILLY because Felix put his arm around Hyunjin like immediately so IDK what he was so skittish about

In any case, while they're just having this cute moment while Hyunjin just keeps smiling at Felix during it I just can't get over how happy and boyfriends they look during this moment

Afterward Hyunjin strokes Felix's hair and it's like BRUH, no matter what's going on, they just can't help being a little more touchy than usual And I'm just like WHY??? WHAT IS IN THE AIR???

Because Felix once again looks like the sun has replaced his eyeballs when headpatting Hyunjin on the second day

And Felix is the only one whose "headpats" are more like he's scratching Hyunjin's hair. IDK why he's done that both days so far but it's something to think about, I guess. But even more is he is also the only one being like "Namja, Namja" while everyone is else saying Hyunjin looks cute

Hyunjin's usual thing where he notices some super small detail that's off about Felix that he needs to fix.

At first I thought he was removing fragments of dust like he usually does, but this time he was adjusting Felix's earring, it seems. AS IF THAT MAKES IT BETTER, HONESTLY?????????????? Like Hyunjin is staring SO CLOSELY and then just walks up, fixes the earring, and walks off.

If this had happened any other day, I MIGHT not have found it THAT odd, but considering we are on Day 2 of boyfriend moment after boyfriend moment, this is just not helping my sanity whatsoever for Hyunjin to just decide he HAS to fix Felix's earring and then dip out. This is a level of attentiveness that just seems to go above and beyond and Hyunjin does this constantly.

I Like It was ONCE AGAIN just adding onto an already INSANE PILE BECAUSE WHAT EVEN POSSESSED THEM???



I say that because there's like a handful of songs were you tend to get specific interactions from specific members and Hyunlix usually don't have anything of note during I like It except for D-2 and D-3 in Osaka and I think in like Melbourne they had a little interaction. But outside of that, there's not usually much Hyunlixing so IMAGINE SEEING THEM PULL UP SITTING ON THE FLOOR TOGETHER WITH HYUNJIN'S ARM AROUND FELIX????

And they were also stapled together when they finally got back to the ICN airport. Just a whole entire weekend of Hyunlix from start to finish at a level of boyfriend we frankly haven't seen before and may never see again.

LISTEN, if it was just one of these things, I would probably overthink it but it wouldn't be THAT thunk, okay? This is not just one thing, this is ALL of the things This is not just one super couple InstaLive, this is TWO WHOLE CONCERTS where every time a moment pops up between these two, it looks like they're one second of eye contact too long away from kissing.

Hyunjin is feeling up on Felix's arms and exposing them instead of trying to cover them up, pulling up to flirt with Felix, forgetting his lines AND falling over. He's staring so hard a minor problem with Felix's earring that he just feels he MUST fix despite it being invisible to the naked eye, having a moment with Felix during Social Path AND I Like It like he can't keep his hands off him. He keeps stroking Felix's hair or giving him headpats. And bro just gets LOST during Chk Chk Boom Festival Version to the point that it had ALL the other kids shook, too.

Felix is thirsting with the shamelessness of a Dispatch Girlie at Hyunjin's haircut every chance he gets and can't stop touching the Kiwi or calling Hyunjin manly, he's more than willing to flirt back with him when Hyunjin pulled up in ITEM. He either didn't notice or didn't care about Hyunjin missing his line, either, meaning he was just as distracted or just as down bad. He's biting his lip and smirking at Hyunjin while Hyunjin was honestly not even doing anything crazy??? He keeps poking and slapping Hyunjin's ass (which is not new but y'know), giving him the most wholesome, romantic, head nuzzle as if he knew exactly what Hyunjin was feeling at the time, and he basically just looks at Hyunjin like he's his whole entire world every time they make eye contact up until the airport

Sooooo what does this all mean? Well, as I expected by the time I finished this, I have no idea really I don't know what made Hong Kong so different or special for the two of them, but THERE WAS SOMETHING. Maybe it was the anniversary of something special for them, I don't know. Their interactions were just DIFFERENT, they oozed more boyfriend energy than almost the entirety of the rest of DominATE up until now and it's honestly just because of how much there was in such a short time. I'm sure if all of these moments had been spaced out over four days, with some less unhinged stuff thrown inbetween, I wouldn't be digging into this so hard. I just can't stress how we almost never see borderline every single concert moment between them just being so much boyfriendy than usual.

You people already know I believe that Hyunlix es Real so I'm not even really entertaining the possible "platonic" answer to all of this, because I frankly believe there is none. None of this "convinced" me they are a couple because I already believed they are one. All this does is just reassure that I'm not delusional~

Read through this under the assumption that I already think they're a couple, because, I repeat: we only ever see Hyunlix SERIOUSLY Hyunlixing at the Airport, during Lives, and during Concerts/Festivals. Whenever it's in stuff like SKZ Code or SKZ Talker or most Comeback stuff, vast majority of the time it feels like it's been left in on accident or is just unromantic enough that leaving it in does no harm (unless you're already a Hyunlixer/psychopath like me and you just know the implications no matter how uneventful it looks to a non-shipper).

The way Hyunlix act out in the wild is like you just let them go completely rogue because they do not give a SINGLE SHIT about not acting like a couple. Someone brought this up again, and I have to bring it back, too, because Hyunlix being a couple is not even remotely a secret. They're private about their personal lives, but they're not even trying to pretend they aren't together when they act this way. They just don't necessarily flaunt it all over the place for obvious reasons. But there's not been a single time they've called themselves a couple and then acted like they were joking afterwards. They can't even deny being a couple in their own Live after bringing it up themselves for literally NO REASON. So IDK why I'M supposedly delusional for believing they're not joking. Which I don't blame them for, BTW, I actually think it's pretty neat how this is like a thing that everyone (except non-believers) just kinda knows and there's just enough non-believers to play defense for them that they don't even have to worry about it. They can pretty much act as couple as they want when they're allowed and non-Hyunlixers will always call it platonic even though some of this shit is LITERALLY INEXCUSABLE IN A PLATONIC CONTEXT But that works out for them, which is good~

I kinda went a little off topic at the end there. Like I said, IDK what really made Hong Kong so different BAR Hyunlix just deciding of their own free volition (or just being allowed to maybe) to show us that they ES REAL and it's really none of my business one way or the other, I just get kinda curious about how a normal person on the street must look at this, compare it to how Hyunlix usually act, and still deny that they're real.

In any case, DominATE Hong Kong will probably retain the crown of most UNHINGED Hyunlixing EVER in HISTORY for quite a while. Which, for the sake of my mental health, is probably a good thing.
