This past week in Hyunlix was wild. Kaohsiung was easily the highlight, understandably. I mean, the soundcheck alone was enough to utterly destroy our sanity in general , but combine that with everything else and it was a wild ride. It would be crazy if this didn't wind up as the top Hyunlix of the YEAR.

I'm so excited for the Japan concerts. Considering what went down at Kaohsiung, it will be impressive if they top anything that happened there. Then again, there will 3 consecutive concerts, which is more than enough for some craziness.

Giant sounds like it'll be a good song. Hyunjin looked so cool in the teaser! I'm excited to see the full MV. A performance at the Japanese concerts would also be great. I'm keeping my hopes up that we can get some Hyunlix crumbs throughout the week before the concerts, since they're more likely to go rouge there. But if anything crazy drops it'll be another intense week in Hyunlix, which I don't mind at all tbh

Saw something on Twitter this morning and I know @Wensuelrene will be about it so I'm making a whole post about it

And it's Hyunjin helping Felix with his Korean



It was this moment during Hyunlix's 2nd Tik Tok Live where Felix is recommending a song by the singer, KYUL, but he mispronounced his name as 뀰. Hyunjin just looked at his phone to see for himself and instead of really correcting Felix directly, he just says "Maybe 결" pronouncing it correctly for him

When I first saw this, I didn't realize Hyunjin was correcting Felix's pronunciation there. The fact that he says "Maybe" and gives the right pronunciation even though he knows Felix said it wrong. PLEASE HE'S SO SWEET ALL THE TIME WHEN HELPING FELIX

There's so many moments of Hyunjin being SUPER forgiving of Felix's mistakes in Korean Maybe you haven't seen some of these, Wensuelrene~



When Felix confused Patbingsu for Shabu Shabu and said he didn't know what it was supposed to be called and Hyunjin explains which is which and says "It's okay" that Felix didn't know.

In their first 2KR, he insists that Felix shouldn't worry too much if he makes a mistake because it's cute

One of my favorites when he's reading along with Felix on KCON and helps him pronounce a word~ I just can't get over it, he's so supportive and smiles the whole time to encourage Felix

Then when Felix asked about the Korean word for "level" and Hyunjin not only explains the word, but he explained exactly what Seungmin had said to him during the game

The consanant game is EVEN WORSER because Felix gave a wrong answer and Hyunjin is just like "Just say it's correct". HE DON'T EVEN CARE, HE JUST WANTED FELIX TO PARTICIPATE and then later he helps explain how to play, I'M SOBBING

And in the spa SKZ Code episode where they're doing that kind of game and Felix's answer was basically English but Hyunjin immediately insisted they continue as if it counted And then he kept hyping him up because he was getting better at the game

He always explains in so much detail for Felix

When Felix made a spelling mistake and Hyunjin just fixed it for him

Or when he did his first solo live and Hyunjin mentioned how good his Korean was



BUT ISN'T IT JUST AS DEVASTATING WHEN FELIX IS HELPING HYUNJIN WITH HIS ENGLISH WORDS

He got embarrassed here but Felix helped him out and clapped for him and gave him shoulder massage



They help each other so much and now that's pretty much how they always talk to each other in both languages

This happened off-camera last year when they were at Lollapalooza~ MF I WISH WE HAD FOOTAGE FROM THEN

Hyunjin doesn't even need to help Felix anymore, he just wants to encourage him

OMG, this is amazing

So many wonderful moments of these Squees helping each other learn to talk

The ones where Felix messes up word games and Hyunjin tells everyone to just keep moving on are the best

He doesn't want to focus on his mistake, but instead praises him when he gets it right

And then Felix helping Hyunjin with English is also adorable

They're both so kind to help each other out with these types of language situations

I love how they look to each other when they know they might need help

Hyunjin always being at Felix's side, monitoring his speech to make sure he's saying it right, it's adorable.

Hyung is always taking care of Felix!

The biggest con to being a Hyunlixer is just how popular they are in Japan, man Their photocard is easily selling for the most out of all the others~ Some of them are selling for as low as $8 USD while Hyunlix's is selling for $30 USD pretty much at the LOWEST
I saw a single one sell for $22 USD, whoever got that one is insanely lucky

The price will drop over time, but I wanted it ASAP I got it under $30 USD so I'll take it as a W tho
