Other accounts clarified: that's not the full video...that's just a clip....he was ending the conversation because the time of the videocall ended+he is surrounded by staff.

He already know he messed up (he is not blind, fans have been spamming on his social media).

I understand that people are hurt and we all hope for an apology but a GENUINE apology that comes from their own will
Cornering them into apologizing in a video call where you're basically paying for them to do anything you ask is basically paying for an apology, even if they do it you will never know if they actually meant it or not. They did the same with Yangyang, Lucas, etc.
all of these issues were already spammed at them on bubble, they know about it, when it was Lucas he saw it and apologized although it was very vague... I just hope sm will educate them better, their whole brand is to be worldwide and that should include respecting all cultures and all races
