They learned something, "Iced Coffee" isn't the same as their "Ice Americano" :LOL:

So far I've never or rarely found any bar or coffee shop selling ice americano or cold coffee in the locations I lived or visited so far in the West. No wonder a Korean would be surprised.

Im not exactly sure what drink they wanted, but i have done that myself once. Instead of ice Americano i said ice coffee. Definitely not the same. Ice Americano is basically iced black coffee . Not sure what ice coffee is exactly but it more sugary. Guess milk added etc. I get them both 😁.
