I can't find the tweet now but it was a video/audio recording of Winter talking about "the tree song" and generally saying how she liked it. Didn't sound like they were "in distress" And to think about it... why would lyrics cause them to be distress in the first place. aespa always takes whatever song and makes it their own. You wouldn't think Dreams Come True suits as a cover but they made it their own.
that CEO has always been scum. sounds like he using aespa to divert or throw LSM under the bus cuz he didn't get his way of LSM selling shares to Kakao. He was stopped by LSM and Hybe. and did I call it or did I call it that sooner or later this could affect SM artists? Well.. I can't bare to watch anymore of this as it's all depressing.

I can only laugh at this point. Both parts (SM CEOs and LSM) are in the wrong but they will never admit it so now they are trying to play the victim card.

I'm not even gonna bother with this drama anymore. Like you said there is just too many people talking and everyone has their own side to the story. And kpop fans are believing anything whatever anyone says either out of hate or stupidity. There's nothing we can do about it so no point getting upset. Eventually something will be settled and we just have to pray that our faves won't be that affected by it. The good news is that "the show must go on." The company still needs to bring in income so they are gonna proceed with their artists schedules. The whole cancelling of the cb just cuz they had a disagreement on the title song doesn't make much sense to me and sounds bullshit. I think he was just looking for a reason for people to hate on LSM and used aespa. As we can see in that IG live they are perfectly fine and even feel like they are being sarcastic that "they are in distress".
