It's clearly under the "Awards Team Uniques" category though, and the name of the award is "Awards Team Member 1 #1" , so obviously it's not available for request even though it might look as such, since it's an Awards Team unique badge that can only be awarded to them, just like the ones they had on OneHallyu. You can request it on the awards page, but it will never be awarded by the awards team, so... pointless.

Delphine's right, sorry, they're uniques for the awards team members. Not available for general public. Iz*One's Voting Thread is still going on, and what's where you can vote for Minju's badge~
