Hi @Ash3070! Here is exactly what you need to do to claim an award:

You can claim your first award at 25 posts, then your next one at 50 etc. The required amount rises by 25 until you reach 200 posts, then it rises by 100. You've hit 25 posts, so everything is good so far.

Next, you post a request form in this thread.

Username: your username here
Post Count: not your current post count but the amount required for the award
Award: whichever award you want

Assuming you want the same award you requested before, it should look like this:

Username: Ash3070
Post Count: 25
Award: Girls' Generation Tiffany

Post your form here, then head to the awards tab on the top bar. Find the award you want and hit request. There's a box asking for post count or reason; just write 25 posts there and submit the request.
