Because i used to have 12 awards and i removed some the last award i requested which is now removed was for post count 700 so i though 800 is next ? So now i go back to 100?

It's based on the awards that you currently own, not how many you have ever owned - so since you have 3 badges which would equal 75 posts, the next is 100, etc. Hope that makes sense.
