what are the limits?

For size? I don't actually know for certain, but our largest emoji is which is 100x100, so I was going to make sure anything that gets added in isn't more than that

Whenever I resize it permanently, like with a program, it loses quality... Looks like I'm going to have to give up on the gif and just go with a somewhat less angry Paimon...

Sure, there wasn't a notification until yesterday, but the thread has already been up for almost 5 days at this point, I believe? It's been bumped numerous times by other people posting as well. I'm assuming most people have either acknowledged it and chosen not to participate, like how they do with the User of the Month voting threads, but I guess if you honestly didn't see it until today, then maybe others haven't either. I'll accept submissions going into tomorrow and then I'm closing it in the afternoon or evening.
