Yes, but only my mom is allowed to use it.

I want to use it (or at least learn how to use it, I like pulled pork ) but I also don’t want to risk opening the lid too early or the wrong way and having it explode

Slow cooker. Good for pork carnitas, pot roast, corned beef & cabbage, etc.

A slow cooker but not a pressure cooker. Been using one since grade school.

I have both of those, pressure cooker is from the 1950s but still good, slow cooker doesn't get much use these days, it was good for making big batches of food for my doggo.

Every once in awhile my mom will make us pulled pork or a creamy chicken and vegetables in the slow cooker, but 99% of the time the it’s exclusively for making food for my dog.

We’ve even hit a point where we have a separate mini slow cooker just for cooking her food. She is spoiled and picky and has specific tastes
