hiro resigned from his position as ldh japan ceo early 2017 and thats when things started slowly going south . He was like a father figure to them he was the one who brought dream to ldh and started expg dance school for both boys and girls and formed happiness and flower then formed E-girls to be the goal for female students he didnt want ldh to be just about boys and did great even though he was active as a member of exile and ceo . New managment just dosent give a shit and only care about bussniess wise
