Not really blaming the group who KBS gives more than 20+ Minutes to perform, but that was the reason why KBS was short on time due to the lack of time management.

if they needed 30 seconds back, KBS could have cut down on the multiple MC banter segments that occurred later on during the show. right before twice performed, the MCs spoke for about 1 minute. it's not only disrespectful to apink but it made no sense why their performance was cut instead of having the show hosts talk for so long.

Even if Plan A does nothing, Apink themselves has the power to decide whether to attend this kind of show again since Apink is basically the one feeding them.
