so when i post a round. You cannot post until 2 minutes pass. So If i post at xx.57, then posts made at xx.57 and xx.58 wont count. Posts at xx.59 are fine.

Even more simple. 57+2 = 59. So 59 is fine.

Also chomi chose her prize. Next round at xx.14

Round 3

How fast can you go to avoid death?
Point at a player and say the name of another. The one whose name has been said will then do the same. Each person has 15 seconds to post.
If they post late, they will be eliminated. If the one who is pointed at or another player jumps in and responds, they will be eliminated.

E.g. Point Stannie
Say Bchip.

Then it is bchips turn.
He can say.
Point chiharu
Say stannie.

If a player points at and says the name of the same person (I.e. their target for both actions is the same person), he will be eliminated.
Those who make it to the final 3 will keep their lives. The rest lose a life.
