A. You finally find water but you're too eager to drink it and forget to boil it for purification, the water is contaminated with bacteria, making you sick (-250 HP)
B. You move stealthily through the bushes and manage to stay hidden from everyone else. The forest provides you with plenty of fruits and the ground has small reserves of clean water (+Card)
C. You find a building that's not completely destroyed and break in. You have shelter but you can't find any food or water inside the house, so you'll have to keep looking. (Neutral)
