My life plan when I was 4 was to a become a paleontologist, move to Alberta and marry a white
guy with a history of twins in his family so that our daughters would look like Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen.

And now I know that me thinking that I was "a Tomboy who wasn't good at sports" meant that I was trans. Bl was my way into understanding my queer identity and I wouldn't be the person I am today without it.

The goal is to push yourself to near exhaustion during the 20-second work intervals.
Exercises:
You can choose a variety of exercises for your Tabata workout, including:
Bodyweight exercises: Squats, push-ups, burpees, mountain climbers, lunges, high knees, plank jacks, jumping jacks, and Russian twists.
Cardio exercises: Sprinting, jumping jacks, and other high-intensity cardio activities.
Duration:
A traditional Tabata workout lasts 4 minutes, but you can do multiple rounds with rest in between to extend the workout.
Benefits:
Tabata workouts are known for their ability to burn calories, improve cardiovascular fitness, and boost metabolism in a short amount of time.
