well, in a perfect word, it shouldn't be
even the smallest ping should count and the town should talk it through to actually vote a person out themselves and not rely on rng and hope for the best

if everyone votes with no reason whatsoever, for one person each so it goes to rng you get absolutely no info for d2 and we're back to square one
if someone gets lynched with more than 1 vote, you get something to go off of for d2 and beyond
