I want a group where all the members have stage presence​

to me, groups neva start out having great stage prescence or synergy, so it takes a few years. for gitrl groups i feel like everyone only starts getting good near the end of their contract as everyone is still trying to find a way to show themselves while still being in cohesion with the group.
I keep up with a lot of ggs but one if the few that come to mind that have both presence and cohesion are BEG
