fdsxz, the girl is pretty cruel to the boy at first, and, as the title says, bullies him
but tbh, my description didn't do it justice. It's actually a very cute manga despite the initial premise, and the mean bullying doesn't last that long

Ugh, I knew something was off when my answers didn't have this because it's so iconic, but I really couldn't decide where it fit and I had forgotten a lot about it anyway... I can definitely see how 10's description fits now, though, LOL.
