Hinatazaka46's Kosaka Nao to go on temporary hiatus due to poor health

Hinatazaka46 member Kosaka Nao has announced that she will be temporarily halting her activities due to poor health.

According to the group's official website, Kosaka was ordered by her doctor to rest for a fixed period of time. As such, it was decided that she will be taking a break from her activities in Hinatazaka46. Her comeback date will be determined once her health improves.

Kosaka joined Hiragana Keyakizaka46 in February of 2018 as its second-generation member. She was the center for four of Hinatazaka46's singles and has been leading the group as its ace. She is also an exclusive model to 'Seventeen' and has appeared on its cover many times. Her first photo book 'Kimi wa Dare?' will be released on June 29.
