Nightless setup with no Mafia kill
No lynching

1) At the start of the game, the Mafias discuss in PM and pick a townie to be a gunbearer
2) The gunbearer will be announced and confirmed as Town at Day Phase
3) The gunbearer has until deadline to shoot someone
4) If they shoot a townie, they die and the town who got shot will become the next gunbearer. Repeat step 3.
5) If they shoot a wolf, they keep the gun and repeat step 3

That's the gist of it. Let me know if any questions.

Mafia wins when the number of Mafia is greater or equal to the number of Town
