after the voting for co leader was over, i was thinking of moving the sigs that people made to the 2nd post then on the first post after the member list, listing the people who were working on the gfx/vid, and also adding that "if you would like to work on an event to quote this it or tag me , name the event you would like to be in, and comment why you should work on this event", also later I can set up a similar thing were I can have a channel where it's basically a sign up channel to be in an event

After the voting is over, this is what I will suggest to do.

Get users to do a self intro, and tell us about games they are confident in, what are their skills and their timezone. With that, we can organise better who to take part in what games in what timezone and habe back-up.

yeah I was just thinking we might need that cause I don't know if anyone has plans to work on the video, I know we have people working on gfx but I'm pretty sure no one is working on the video, I'll make sure though

this wasn't directed at me but i would personally put things like the member list and sign ups in the 2nd post...sign ups can wait until we get more information on the specific events because it's a bit hard to say "oh yeah i'll play for event 3" then come to find out you would have rather signed up for something else
