The lyrics are great (I'm relieved). I hope they keep chasing their dreams and that they have a bright future like in the lyrics.
Apparently they haven't made any money in 6 years but there are some signs that they're gaining more attention recently. Karen being chosen as the cinderella at Stapla Festival yesterday will surely help. Their fun performances and great first album made me more interested in them in recent months.

That doesn't surprise me. They started off as a trainee unit but unlike the other Stardust regional groups, they did things completely DIY. I have no idea if that was a choice on the management side or if upper management at Stardust wasn't willing to invest more in regional groups, but it meant they started off well in the red, hence the later crowdfunding and such. Karen was really popular among indie idol fans before she signed with Stardust, but I never felt like they capitalized on that enough because they were too busy promoting Kaya (who has gotten some pretty good work outside of the group so it wasn't all for nothing, but it didn't necessarily help the group's funds when she left for that period). Still, they have always seemed very passionate about keeping the group going, so I hope they can persevere and maybe break into the black one of these days.

I want to clarify that I'm mostly basing this off of Karen's comment about turning 18, and I might've misunderstood but it was translated as "not working for money" which can be interpreted two ways. But she also said that she now started caring about sales because they need to sell to keep going and that's why they're now aiming for a Budokan performance. So if they made anything it must have been very little.
Maybe management were afraid of investing too much since there are no major cities nearby. Syachi and Taconiji must have already made a decent profit. The members were also young and spread out geographically. But they're reaching a crucial age now, the oldest members will have to consider studying/working unless the group becomes more successful.
Kaya has given them more attention thanks to her main role in the magical girl drama, but that was also a drama produced by Stardust afaik. Not that I think they would give her the role if she wasn't capable but she might not have had the opporunity otherwise. I just hope Stardust isn't trying to push her and develop her as an actress at the expense of the group because they think it will be more profitable.

For their songs and performances it's not that bad imo. She has a big role but she's also maybe their best singer. Management did a decent job giving other members the spotlight for such a big group, even if its mostly Karen and Hikaru.

I didn't know Karen was popular thanks to her previous idol work. Maybe it was difficult because she was so young.
