you’d think after the lawsuit last year, sm wont pull something against cbx anymore but here we are, again
best of luck to them, hope this will turn out well

I hope they win to end that effery. I swear, SM is always changing but it never CHANGES.
Round 2 lol I guess SM is destined to be in contention with a trio of their flagship group (JTL, JYJ, now CBX).
Maybe Dojungjae will be next to carry on the torch in a couple years lmao

Did they specify if it’s all of their solo activities? Or just certain parts of it?
I remember when I was reading up on stuff on my post about the new kpop laws is that with the new laws the old company is allowed to collect profit on any of the old stuff they promote under their new company. The new law did specify though that both parties need to work out a deal on when the torch is passed and the new company can collect profits on any of the old stuff being promoted under them.
Let’s see how this plays out, but if I recall correctly as messed up as it seems I think SM is entitled to that 10%, just not on everything. And because they left before that new amendment I’m not sure if they can use that to their advantage or not.

I guess SM Entertainment stand for Sue Me Entertainment. They sure like to be sued
