If IZ*ONE releases in Feb, that's atleast 6 groups planned for Feb promotions (Loona, Gfriend, Ikon, Everglow, and BTS)..... Wayyyy too many lol, if they released in March that might be better in terms of wins.

BTS will dominate the wins all throughout the end of feb to march. The best time to release would be early feb or atleast a week before bts

At this point I don't even care about the wins. They likely won't even get to promote on many of the music shows. Just getting the album released and maybe a reality show or even just a few V Lives will already be way better than the last few months.
