too bad Johnny Kitagawa died before having to face any repercussions from his actions although it probably was only because he wasn't around anymore that people even dared to look into all the shady stuff he did and even then the Japanese media was too scared to say anything, i hate to thing that if it weren't for the BBC report things would be business as usual
