JYPE should be already promoting them, the fact that is not happening shows a lack of commitment with their careers, and looking at their situation right now, I doubt that all of them will stay with the company after their contract is over. For me, I think it would depend on how much Twice decides to mature their sound and stay away from the traditional color pop they're famous for. If Twice went all Fancy/Breakthrough, then it's true that there's no JYP GG to take over the color-pop sound from Twice. But I'm just a little worried about JYPE managing 3 very active GGs. Twice scaling back their activity when they're usually super active still means they'll be busier than most other GGs though. The way Itzy seems to be following Twice's growth path, JYPE better start prepping those resources.

I don't really see another JYPNGG debuting until at least 2022, maybe even later. Twice debuted more than 5 yrs after Miss A. Itzy debuted slight less than 4 years after Twice.
But that's assuming Lily will debut in a group, and not go solo.
If Twice doesn't renew then JYP loses a lot of profits, it would be stupid to not debut a new group before Twice. relying on / hoping for all members to renew isnt a good business strategy. 2021 allows them to build up the new groups popularity for a year before then. Also don't forget that Hana financial had 2020 KR GG in the jyp roadmap, its not there any more but I expect its definitely in the planning processes, still around 2 years out.
JYP is aggressively expanding, precisely because they know that relying so much on Twice is so risky. Not having another nations girl group ready to go would be a big mistake. Imagine if twice decide theyve made enough money and call it quits. then they debut the next group a year later? that'd be a gigantic year over year profit loss in 2021. JYP should have learned how vulnerable companies can be by now from jessica and sulli leaving killing the life of SNSD and FX, and having your cash cow die like BB.

JYP has been conservative with its growth strategies ever since WG, and they've been the smallest of the Big3 for a while now. Even in the past year, we've all wondered about manpower issues within JYPE affecting Twice/Itzy. I suspect that as much as they have been expanding, they'll still do so cautiously. What I see JYPE doing is instead of increasing revenue by increasing the number of SK groups they managed, they've focus on diversifying income / spreading risk with Boy Story for China, Nizi project for Japan, and IIRC there's a new Thai group that's coming up.
Perhaps they'll have room for another SK group with them wrapping up the acting division, but I feel that JYP will probably keep his agency on the smaller side compared to SM and YG. 2020 KR GG is not likely for me. 2021 is possible, but it still feels somewhat rushed. But maybe that's because I'm not used to seeing 3 active GGs in JYPE.
