Which one do you prefer?

I prefer Lord Of The Rings for both the book and film. Tolkien not only created a book but he also created a world and also a language.

Harry Potter was good until the original actor of Dumbledore passed away.

The soundtrack for LOTR also was better.

Harry Potter for novel, LOTR for movies.

I'm a Potterhead, but i don't really enjoy the movies because while the cinematography is good, they purposely hire inexperienced child actors (except for Felton), and it shows. Their acting was awkward the first few films. The adult actors are good though.

LOTR book bore me, because the world building goes on, and on, but i like the movies.

I read the first Harry Porter past my prime adulthood, so it didn't really click with me that much. It's alright, but I was already too old for it. The movies were alright as well.

I grew up reading LotR, The Hobbit, and The Silmarillion. The LotR trilogy is pretty good (The Hobbit trilogy is stretched too thin sadly), so this is my jam.

LOTR!!! Such an epic story and I count the trilogy as one of my favorite movies of all time. Loved it since I was a kid.
