#1 - In case you receive a voucher higher than your VIP rank, that voucher will take precedence until it expires

#2 - In case you receive a voucher lower than your VIP rank, your VIP rank will take precedence

#4 - VIP rank does not expire

#5 - VIP ranks may be adjusted in the future to maintain balance
