Then you can just try to make it the best when it comes to quality and definition, about the size as long as it is big enough then it is okay.
I think 600 to 700 x 400 is okay.

doing 7.5 seconds HQ is really too big for me (30MB+) i suggest dividing the four scenes into four gifs and putting them side by side. otherwise, what you did is probably the best solution: low quality, low dimension, etc
