Yeah, it is really werid. I think I.M's lack of lines this time is due to French Montana doing the rapping and seeing as Jooheon sang he still had lines.
In play it cool I.M had like no lines either though which was strange, I wonder if there's a reason for it?
It's still a mystery why Kihyun had no lines though seeing as he's the main vocalist.

For real. I looked up the lyrics and didn't see IM and was so mad. 1 of 2 with perfect English and he isn't in it.
