GuestWell, I wanted to share my story about why I standered Daniel.
First I have to say that I never saw PRODUCE 101 S2 completely, I only saw the first episode as I always do with the PRODUCE series to see what trainees are like (and my faves when they go). Unlike PRODUCE 101 S1 and PRODUCE 48, I had no favorites in PRODUCE 101 S2, I only supported Sangkyun because I like ToppDogg and Samuel because I had been knowing about him since he was going to be part of SEVENTEEN (and because he has Latin descent). Then, I watched the final episode of PD101S2 to see who was in the final lineup (I've seen all the finals live except PDX101 because I had classes at the university). Since then I have never really had a favorite in Wanna One, but since W1 released Energetic I said "wow, how cool is the song, I love it". I always listened and always joked with my younger sister with that song, I listened the song so much that my younger sister was already tired of me lol. Since then my sister had told me that her friends loved Daniel, and that it was all Daniel, Daniel, Daniel everywhere, and it was then that I also decided to bother her with Daniel every time she appeared in music videos and performances. It had always been that way, but then, a few months ago I began to have some empathy with Daniel for everything that happened, and because he is truly the king.
And well, now that he released his debut album, it's the best and his title track is among my favorite songs of the year.
