I used to be a heavy coffee drinker too and only realised how much that fucked up my health after easing up on my daily intake... I hope he realises that too and looks after himself.

Well personally, after cutting down on it I came to realize that my insomnia, nervousness and muscle aches reduced quite a lot. But I'm sure there's some more side effects linked with caffeine addiction.

some call it battery acid coffee and i'm not surprised tbh (although i have no idea what battery acid would taste like)

This is worrisome, he is still young, but i'm sure that he might be suffering some side effects right now. I don't wanna imagine what gonna happento him in the future.

I dropped drinking caffeine because the side effects were awful, i love coffee but it makes me scare at the same time.
