Well...I don't think so. Haechan already said it: he doesn't have time to get sick. Mark will release his solo this year and SM will do a SMTown Concert+ they are already talking about Dream Show 4...
Sadly NCT Dream are on a loop (concert, full album+content,concert, etc). Let's just be grateful that NCT 127 will slow down their activities.

I already somewhat knew NCT 127 would disband but I had hoped they'd do what Exo did and do at least one comeback a year with the remaining members.
I'm not sure how realistic that would be now when Jaehyun left earlier than expected and Doyoung is expected to leave early next year. Who knows how long we have Jungwoo, and suddenly we're down to just Yuta and Johnny (considering Mark+Haechan are with Dream)
